Have you also noticed they can never speak Chinese ( or any local language where they are located ) and must rely on wifey ( usually a teacher as that's all they can get ) to translate everything for them. They always praise China and it's government, TIC is their favourite saying.

That is a pretty accurate description. Also mostly degreeless, or with a degree or background totally unrelated to ESL or teaching usually. Yes, relying on wifey, that old stalwart....I laugh at any foreigner who says chinese is "too difficult", read and learn the pin yin, and listen and communicate with the locals. you certainly won't learn anything if you only depend on your wife and mix with other GW foreigners.
