In response to Mentorphone (Emily Doner)

I just started working for them. The training was excellent, don't get me wrong. It provided a lot of useful tips. But the lessons are sporadic and they stress being on time. The format in which to submit feed back is long and they put a lot of pressure on the instructors to make the student happy above all else. I will continue working with them for now, as it is relatively convenient, but I wish they provided better hours to accommodate the time zones.
