It's usually pretty easy to determine the legitimacy of such posts, as they are often full of errors or just plain don't seem as if they've been written by a native speaker.

I'd bet my last kwai that "Ralph" is not a native speaker. If he is, he's probably not a teacher. If he is a teacher, he needs to go back to school and should stop being a pretender.

Ok, "Ralph" prove me wrong. Rewrite the above message in correct English. Also, tell us the name of the school. Give us your email address so that we can verify the legitimacy of this post. When did you first contact Fenny? What was the process? Did she ask you for a recruitment fee? How long did it take for her to get you a position? Were you able to contact the school directly? And oh yes, please tell us how it is that the school was able to communicate with you. I mean, I've never known a school that could effectively communicate. I mean, I talk to my cat now and then and she at least mews back to me. But when I talk to inanimate objects, they just don't seem to answer back.
