If you can tell me who you are, tell the other people about your tel numbers,your passport Id and post address, You would be trusted by people.
Why do you try to hide yourself? You must be a bad recruiter that is jealous of other agents' good business/reputation. Or you have no jobs at all and so you have so much free to time to do hurt other people on internet.
I have done the job since 1999. I have +2000 foreign friends all over China. Some of them visited me in person in Shanghai. Most of them can tell you What I am like. I showed all of my contacts, address to everybody. I am doing my job legally.
Somebody made up story on me that I hurted foreigers and I killed some of them and I robbed their belongings too, It is so ludicrous a story.
If I hurted other people or killed other poeople, I must have already been sent to death by Chinese court. China is a strongly legal country. Do you think in China everybody can be easy to hurt people? even kill people? Obviously, The smart people will not trust you.
I do my job only because some of people really need my help. And I never charge them. Schools will pay me after foreign teachers finish a contract with them. I can provide many foreign teacher's contacts to everybody. most of them have visited me in person when they come to Shanghai before.
I always treated them to dinners, I always help them pay hotels too. You can ask everybody that visted me before for a fair proof. I don't know why you keep making up story on me?
Why did I change my English Name?
because some horrible people/recruiters always hurted me and damaged my repuation just for making fun to play with me and then I told some of my friends about that.
My foeign freinds advised me to change my name. It doesn't mean that I need to hide something. I have nothing to hide myself. I have already published my conacts, emails, post address to everybody. I do my job very well, I ONLY HLEP good foreigners get GOOD SCHOOLS don't delay to pay foreign teachers's salary, and aslo NEVER delay to pay me salary/commission too.
If needed, I CAN make them contact the host SCHOOLS DIRECTLY. if they are not happy, THey can leave and look for other jobs, it is complete freedom for them. THE HOST Schools will only pay me commisson/Salary AFTER FOREIGN teachers finish the contract with them. So if foeign teachers are unhappy and leave, I can't get nothing from the schools. And All of my hard working will be wasted. But I don't mind it. I can still do the hard job. It is really not an easy job as everybody knows.
I am only the man that help foreign teachers get in touch with good schools. I never change foreign teachers since 1999. UNDERSTAND?

I'm sorry Annie but I don't understand your logic. He needs to change his name because "immature" foreigners are saying bad things. Wow, great logic. So what your saying is that we are immature because we are saying bad things about someone, so they need to change their name, and they have good reason to do so, yes?
Sorry but, that makes no sense. Why would so many people say bad things about the same person? Why would we say bad things about anyone? Umm, maybe because they do bad things? In turn they change their name because of the bad things they do and the fact that we have reported those things. If they did not do bad things, they would need to change their names. One or two people saying bad things could just be a couple pin heads making trouble for a good guy. But dozens, hundreds? If I can do a search on good, and find a hundred different complaints, from a hundren different people, I kinda think that fault lies with the recruiter, not the people posting the complaints.
However you would have us believe they are just immature foreigners for complaining, and that people like frank have good reason to have 50 aliases. Gimmie a break.

This is Frank Zhang aka Sang Xing posting, Zhou is also one of his aliases. The smug superiority also gives him away.
This guy is a plague on the ESL industry in general. If folks want a broader view of him, just do a search using any one of his aliases and you will get about 100 messages talking about what a thief, liar, and overall crook he is.
He is banking on you getting so distracted by these current postings, that you won't do a simple search to discover who and what he truly is, a predator, nothing more.
I think the smart people here know to avoid you, the ones with no experience, please do a search, using the search function above all the postings. You will learn enough not to be taken by one of this fellows many aliases and duped out of all your money.

Nice to hear from you but I am afraid you are wrong.
You see I always tell the truth. It may surprise you that some people agree with my comments and views. We all can have our say but if you read my posting properly you will find out exactly who I am and what I stand for.
Many on this site comment and insult people on improving their English, but many of you can't and do not read and understand the postings and what the writer is writing about. So please take some advice from this honourable Chinese man. If you could read ,write and speak Chinese as well as I can use your language. I would take my hat off to you and only give you my best.
I do not wish to blow my own trumpet, but many Chinese people try very hard indeed to learn your language to the best of their abilities. Annie send me some of your best Chinese and I can comment about you my friend.

Why don`t you improve your English first ? I don`t believe, you are not a recruiter....The Foreign Affairs Officers from my school, can speak good English. All of them are also English teachers. I worked for many good schools in China and their FAOs were good at English at least.
Whenever, I contacted somebody like you, I got the following job offers: 3500-4000RMB/month for 18-20 classes, one-way ticket for an year contract, 20 classes/week, unpaid English corners....
Therefore, I am still in contact with some Chinese recruiters...

I would like to stress I am no recruiter. I have worked for the FA in the past and this Frank Zhang has been around for too long now.
He has been setting up schools and foreigners for a long time now. Every time we heard about him and every time there has been money taken and unhappy teachers and schools.
He has been reported many times and slips through by making payment to corrupt officials. China is changing but it will take a long time before officials will stop taking bribes.
Frank just keeps on going and even the address on the sites is actually his own home address. He goes unstopped because he has attachments to the FA and PSB. Many foreign teachers he deals with are criminals themselves or failed teachers in their own country so he good teachers he gets fail too. He gets many of the foreign teachers he deals with bad names in China and most of them get sent back to their countries having lost a lot and experienced only the bad side of China.
The way to stop him is to educate people not to use him. All of you good teachers to try to get your friends to come to China and use the official route via the Foreign Affairs office and bypass this evil con man and cheat.
By doing this every teacher will enjoy their stay and get what they want from their position. China is a wonderful country if we stop people like him from extorting huge amounts of money from schools and teachers. STOP FRANK BY GOING DIRECT YOURSELVES

This guy already has a laundry list of unhappy foreigners... all you have to do is read on. I believe I know who Zhou is.... and they are 100% correct about this guy. Look how he tries to put down people below.
