The staff is great at this university. Everything else is challenged. Old buildings, rats, filthy classrooms, no air conditioning, no heating, third world housing and a tradition of lying, cheating and robbing the foreign teacher at the end of the contract. This city offers very little when it comes to entertainment. Save yourself some grief and avoid this school like the plague.

I knew Frank Zhang for long time. Before going to China, i asked for his help he is such a nice guy and he never EVER asked for money. that was last year, when i first came to china. I contacted him by phone. Frank Zhang is such a hospitable person. I know He never asks any return from foreign teachers after he helps them. He is also a very generous man. Frank Zhang knows which school is good and which school is not. He is really really an expert in finding jobs. He can help teachers save much time to find the most suitable job for anybody. Frank Zhang has helped me obtaining a good job in a public University in Shandong. I think he is such a nice friend, before being a recruiter. so i recommend everybody to deal with him confidently
