willhr is just another scumbag recruiter. I have spoken with him before, and he is not someone you want to deal with. He will take forever to respond, give's often contradictory details about positions, and will not under any circumstances negotiate for you in any way. He works for the schools and is not shy about letting you know that. Some people might feel obligated to at least offer some assistance, not this fellow. He's about as fast food as a recruiter gets, and you know how good fast food is for you. No, use the information he gave you to search for the school yourself, likely they have posted elsewhere looking for teachers. You don't need to use a recruiter, trust me.
