I disagree, I have spoken to Bearcanada in the past and find him to be quite reputable, as well as someone who has a great deal of experience with Frank Zhang. Not only that, but he is also in contact with a large number of Frank Zhang victims. He's reputeable enough, compared to Frank Zhang anyway. After all, you don't see a ton of posts about bearcanada all over the net talking about how he screwed someone, now do you?
