The real issue, as you call it, has been done to death by you and your bunch. There has been enough information written on your friend Zhang to put anyone off of having dealings with him or his like.

For heavens sake lets have some constructive posts for a change instead of the usual over and over again repetition of the same old mantra that Zhang is a crook etc. WE KNOW ! and so would anyone else checking for info. in this forum, so do everyone a favour and give it a rest before anyone with something vaguely interesting, or any level above your IQ is frightened off entirely by those who do nothing but slag off anyone who dares to question what you and the 'wise one' write.
