I have to agree, other teachers at a school telling you how to do your job is absurd. I would love to sit in on their classes and then critisize how they teach. We all know just from looking at the performance of your average Chinese student that they could be doing their jobs a lot better. Don't horn in on my territory, and I won't horn in on yours, a lesson Chinese need to learn. It's really just them being threatened by us though.
