Even with the name, I've decided to send in my resume with a cover letter to the school. At worst, I'll decline any suspicious offers. I'll consider it a practice run, I suppose - bleh - Also, I searched (via google) for the Shanghai Educational Committee and couldn't find any contact info. Do they have their own website or will I have to muck through the google wasteland ?

Also, I'm guessin that schools/recruiters prefer a cover letter in addition to the resume. I assume that they do, but if not, it'd probably save some time and effort.
