hahahahahah hahahhaahha , nice post Rose, you admire Frank so much that you even use a fake name unfortunately.. I think I know you.. you are not from the states. Why don't you say where you truely come from. What if you are from non native country.Does it make any difference to your post? I am disappointed now.. i think people are right here - frank's admirers are fake or using fake names.

Re: Frank Zhang, aka, Sang Xing, Alin Buuer, Bryan Wang, Mr. Hui, etc., etc., etc...

I am a native English teacher from the U.S.A.
I have been teaching in China for 4 years. In the spring of 2004, I found employment in Harbin. Unfortunately, the conditions of the job were difficult and the housing was not acceptable.
I was introduced to Mr. Frank Zhang by another teacher. After I contacted Mr. Frank Zhang, he very kindly and quickly found me another job. Subsequently, I relocated to the school arranged by him. I was very happy with everything at the other school.
After I finished my contract, Mr. Frank Zhang secured me a position in 2005 on the completion of which I returned to my hometown of Houston, Texas.
I returned to Shanghai, China and met with Mr. Frank Zhang in September, 2006. Again, he quickly found me a job in Nanjing, the capital of Jiang-su province. I signed a 6 month contract with Nanjing College of Technology. Following that contract I moved to Beijing and did some private business.
Mr. Frank Zhang has a great reputation throughout China, as a kind, honest, efficient and helpful recruiting agent. I am greatly indebted to him for all the efforts he has made on my behalf. I also know many other teachers who seek Mr. Frank Zhangs assistance in finding jobs year on year.
Now, I am teaching in Suzhou University. This position was also arranged by Mr. Frank Zhang. I want to take this opportunity to thank Frank Zhang again.
My sincere thanks to you, Frank. Keep doing a great job.
I whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Frank Zhang to people seeking suitable, high quality, good value and enjoyable work in China. He invariably gives excellent advice. Should you have any doubts about an intended position, Mr. Frank Zhang will arrange for the school to contact you directly.
Furthermore, I have told many colleagues and friends about Frank Zhang's useful help. I would like to express my deep appreciation and say "thanks" to Frank Zhang once again

Yes, I am sure that Mr. Frank Zhang is my super star. I visited him and her wife in Shanghai. When I flew to Shanghai, he picked me up at airport in the deep night of 24th,Aug last year. He treated me to a good dinner and helped me buy a hotel.

On the next day, He gave me a very good job in Jiangsu Institute of Technology in Huaiyin city. the administration officials of HIT came to my hotel and helped me move to the university campus by car. i got a very good apartment on campus on the same day.

I really want to thank Mr. Frank Zhang. when i say this, my tears already came to my eyes.

You can contact me or contact the University direclty to ask everything. Both I and the University like Frank Zhang very much.

Julia Poavska,

Huaiyin, Jiangsu

kindly to kind people here,

Don't trust those terrorists who pretended to be a "good" teacher but in fact are a gang of whoremasters and thugs. Because of being jealous of Frank Zhang's good business, they wanted to supplant the famous Frank Zhang. they have done this on very filthy and stigmatic purpose that will never been prevailed.
My name is Aurelia Firman, I am from Paris, France. I ever got a very good job from his team, it is unbelievable when i saw that gang was trying to damage Frank Zhang's reputation via various beingless stories. i hope them to stop doing this stupid, or everybody esle will be angry with them.

It is good to know I happen to find this thread forum about the PELCC, Because just yesterday only I was about tosubmit my resume with this company in order to do english teaching here in china.

Then I just sense that there is something wrong, because i asked him about the TESOL...since currently I am enrolling for a TESOL program. I suspect that maybe this company is a scam, since they reply me BUT HAVE NOT INDICATED MUCH ANY LEGAL DETAILS ABOUT THEIR COMPANY. All they indicate is a mobile phone. How could a credible company NOT have any land lines, address, website and etc to be indicated at their reply...so this is how i begin to sense something wrong, so i happen to search the internet and found this forum.

THank you very much these postings to warn foreign teachers...atleast i am saved thru this forum feedback.

Hello readers:
I just wanted to remind those to be extremely wary of this Chinese recruiter based in Shanghai who goes by a multitude of names. I suppose his base name is 'Frank', although I've been calling him 'Francessca' as of late because of his unknown gender and his propensity to talk like and portray a female. 'It' is based in Shanghai and actively recruits teachers from within China and abroad.

You can see a more complete profile of this individual by doing an Internet query through Google or Yahoo! or by using the URL of a helpful site that has compiled a profile of this person. http://www.bearcanada.com/esl/zhang.html

'It' has been known to be very aggressive in making false claims to teachers to goad them in coming to China under the pretense of working in a high-paying position in Shanghai. Time and again, he goes through with his bait-and-switch routine and attempts to place the prospective teacher in a much less desirable job in often unknown Chinese cities with low salaries and other pitfalls.

It's important to speak with the school and it's admin listed on the contract before commiting to come to China, in addition to contacting teachers currently working there (but do keep in mind that some teachers are paid off to speak favorably of the school they work for if it's reputation is dubious). Otherwise, the school that 'it' presents you most likely doesn't exist or is a very bad place to work. Be careful of this would-be felon and do the homework before coming to China. Peace.
