There ain't no sunshine in the offices of Sunny Education. The ESL community should come up with a suitable replacement name for the woman formerly known as 'Ice cream' Lyn, now calling herself Robin. 'Rambunctious' or 'Repulsive' Robin come to mind... :) And how about 'Megalomaniacal' or 'Miscreant' Mandy? She does deserve credit for being the ringleader of the infamous Sunny Ed.
