Name and shame eh............? Ok well here goes and i hope to hell you are all shocked about this........
[name blocked by moderator] ( surname unknown as i only met him once ) from A [name blocked by moderator] and employed at New Century school for cheats and liars, thieves and bullies.... Caught playing with himself at a Primary school, showing his privates to students, was asked not to return there ( oh, really ?) carried on the same way at New Century school, also being caught doing same thing........reported to the Boss and what happened?
Yes, you guessed it.....was allowed to continue to work there, to the absolute disgrace, disgust and insult to the other employees.......not to mention the affect on those poor kids lives.
So from reading other posts, this school will fire you for being sick, being too cold in their apartments, for speaking up about anything, for having a brain, wont pay you bonuses, and have you beaten........but wont fire you for showing your privates to students and who knows maybe more?
I hope that school burns to the ground, with only the boss inside it.

This school is a disgrace, an absolute shambles, and a dangerous one too. If you seriously are considering working there or indeed you have signed a contract saying you will work there, then all i can say is you didnt do your homework on this school, search the net and you will find plenty of horror stories regarding New Century School, Dalian. I worked there and was sucked into all the verbal diarohea that they spewed out, and none of it was true, i was lied too, cheated, mistreated and above all else treated like a slave. other schools in Dalian seem to care about their foreign workers, but here, the owner is a violent, evil , sadistic man who will abuse you right from the start, while i was there i heard them openly lie on the phone to prospective Foreign Teachers, and i also speak fluent Mandarin, but i never let on that i did, and the terrible plots and plans they arranged to punish foreign teachers or lie about things to them was a disgrace. They do not pay bonuses,you will be fired before that happens, they do not pay airfare, and the apartments they say " Beautiful" are foul and disgusting, filthy holes, with absolutely no regard for your safety either.You have been warned!!
I see that 'New Century' school in Dalian are advertising for teachers again! Please be aware that this school do not honour their contracts. Teachers have been arbitrarily sacked in the past for no real reason. They have a high turnover of teachers because of the way they treat them. I worked for them a couple of years ago and can relate many factual stories..... including how the then school 'Principal' was arrested for having a teacher beaten up by a couple of thugs for daring to criticise the school management!
