I found Mandy to be very capable and professional. Before my visa ran out, she quickly found me a job in a nearby university. The job was everything she said it would be. However, based on the bitter experiences of some of my friends with recruiters, I would advise against signing any agreements with recruiters. And, be sure that your Expert Certificate will not be in the recruiting companies name! In other words, only sign with the principals and not with any middle men.
