Consider me as in the know about Xijie Language School; I worked for Billy in the past as well as for his charming wife, Minnie, more recently. The two of them are savvy businesspeople with a big heart that treat teachers and students nicely.

Salaries in Yangshuo are lower than in coastal China but you will live comfortably on what they are paying. Plus Yangshuo is a really attractive rural town with that cosmopolitan touch so rare in China...
