The school is in ZIbo City.I won't lie to you at the start of my career it was a little difficult. But over the last year things have been better.The school has started to change the way they treat foreign teachers.They are also one of the higest paying teaching positions in this provience.

You have omitted to mention the location of Global Language School.But your piece suggests it's the dog's bollocks.Of course,that makes your workplace very attractive to many jobseekers.
But China is a country of diverse climates.And very hot weather or very cold weather must enter into calculations when jobseekers apply for jobs.

HI, TREVOR.THERE ARE MANY GLOBAL LANGUAGE SCHOOLS IN CHINA MANAGED BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE.SO,WHICH ONE ARE U TALKING OF?
I have been working at this school called Global Language school for 2 years now.
Over the last year or so I have been very happy. Many things have made me happy sometimes sad. But if you are looking for long term work this would be a good place for you. Since I signed my last contract things have improved for me 100%. I am on my last month or 2 of my contract now. I have not been home in a long time and I will go home and visit for a few months and come back. The woman in charge of the foreign teachers is very good. She has been a great help to me and the other foreign teachers. Her name is Selina. She has made me very happy to work at Global because she has been very honest with me.
If you are just starting off as an ESL teacher this is a great place to start. They help you become a good teacher. What is expected from the students parents. If you can get use to China you can become a great teacher because they can help you from the very begining to the end.
