I'm a little confused. I am working in TLBU now and although it is all the way out in the sticks I can't agree with the other posters.
I always agreed a salary before I came to work here and can honestly say it's not one of the lowest in the industry. I wouldn't have returned for a second camp if it was.
If you did want to apply in the future they generally give teachers what they ask for so get it covered off before you come.
TLBU camp in S Korea regularly looks for native esl teachers. they do not state what their pay rate is until you drive all the way out into the boondocks, where they are located.
guess what? it is one of the lowest in the industry.
did want to inform others to not waste your time. your salary will be a paltry amount.
