Basically the training itself consists of a non- specified amount of time to ensure that the teacher is capable and competent in perfoming their duties as an esl teacher. Honestly, if you have experience teaching, there should be no problem going through the training which will help in setting up your foreign expert certificate. How do I know this....? I've been teaching with this company for three years now and try to help, to ensure that the teachers, considered to be employed, are capable and competent!
