I asked them myself..here's the answer..."basically the training itself is not considered formal training. If someone wishes to work for the school, who currently does not have a degree, we would give he/she a fair amount of resources to use as well as maybe travel to a few schools to watch other teachers in class"

I'm thinking that some may believe that having a degree means experience. If you have no experience then of course they will try to help you in any way possible.
