Fix screwed up schedules. The last month I was there that happened every weekend.

Only one student. Five minutes late they come in for class, and my role sheet says Jenny, but they are lisa. No match on the student number or Chinese name either (if these are even on the roll sheet), but they are showing up for B6 (or what ever class) in the right room at the right time.

Having to waste 30 minutes trying to get my money from stupid accountants. (I mean stupid) How else can you due the same job over and over and not come up with a slightly better way of doing it?

Normally I would pass on a job at one of the chain schools, but i needed a reliable pay check. Normally I sort out my own visa and work freelance, but freelance work has not been good around town for a while. So I took a part time gig with them. I was supposed to stay three months, the first month was okay, but it got boring and the all the little stuff started to get worse.

As for saying Web and NDI are good places to work, that is a misunderstanding. In Chengdu, the FTs that work at Web are generally content. NDI is a mixed bag. Metro has poor management and the FTs gripe quite a bit. Usually about the little things.

The other thing in Web's favor at the time, they were not enforcing office hours.
