We back up these words, it was a nightmare. When we are sick, we lose money. The new contracts we couldn't even begin the thought of signing them. The kids are great, the dancing was hell for the graduation. Oh yeah you must dance for the moms and dads, although we didn't care about it. I think all the teachers left, maybe one didn't.

It's very great that you've tried the rest, and are returning to the best! Their are too many idelers and complainers teaching in China. These folks are getting their low pay too readily.
Contrast responsible schools in developed cities like Shenzen. They need professional teachers who are not workshy to serve the wealthy people of China.That's how to earn well, teach kids from rich families.
The folks that grumble are just jealous. For they know they can not encapsulate kids, and so never earn big bucks. Shame on them for their lying and inventing! Shenzen kids club is a wonderful school, I'm sure of it!

I used to work for MKC and are returning soon(as have a few others) and compared to many other schools out there MKC is easy to work for. Not sure what Canucki wants in order to keep the classrooms "comfortable". A foot massage every day!
As for "huge amounts" of money being taken out then if you consider a few RMB for being late huge amounts then maybe showing up to work on time might save that "huge amount"!! Every company and business has rules that you have to work by and realistically MKC doesn't have the strictest ones out there! As R said this is a job teaching not having parties and its not always all about the teacher comfort!
Principals - I found them ok to work with.

It's all true! Don't sign with them, you'll regret it every minute you're there. They work you to the bone and aren't willing to do even little things like keep the classrooms comfortable. They take huge amounts of money out even for things the teachers can't help. You lose your 'bonus' if you are sick or late even one time. And the principals are terrible--all they do is harp on you over parent complaints and give you vague directions for things they want to happen but haven't even thought out or planned for themselves!
