I don't know whether you've noticed that "robert" has deleted his original post. Actually,unlike you, he had not berated said agent in his post - he only wanted to get information about that agent. It seems that he now regrets having posted in the first place - I suspect that the agent had put pressure on him to delete! Quite right, I'd say.
