Turnoi, aren't you a bit harsh with our OP? Being dropped just like a dirty laundry and then not being paid is worse than that professional, isn't it? We're talking about the honesty and integrity, aren't we? An employer surely has the right to replace his/her workers, but with foreign experts that may fly 1000s of miles to fill in these fine posts offered, it's got to be done in a pro manner and with appropriate explanations. We often sign employment agreements with travel allowances, bonuses etc and when some are cut off abruptly and before their agreements are fulfilled it hurts.

So, OP what reasons have they given you?
