Yup, when a Chinese recruiter and a Westerner combine, it might very well be an unholy alliance that's out to cheat those foreign jobseekers registered with them out of as much money as possible. I don't think honest foreigners will form a business association with Chinese recruiters, most of whom are unscrupulous in any case. Delete such e-mails from your in-box at once, that's my suggestion.
