Two of the majors which Cannibal, whoops sorry Hannibal refers to have already passed accreditation, and two more will be accredited in July. This guy Hannibal who is so fuxxed up doesn't even bother to check facts before he posts bullshit on the internet. The real Hannibal, an incredibly intelligent military tactician, never did anything before he checked all the information available to him.

If you want to put yourself at the same level as the "Imposter" Hannibal, and that appears to be the measure of your intelligence, then thats up to you.
