Racism in China, suprise suprise. If you experience racism as much as I experience reverse racism (higher prices and better treatment for white western face) I don't even know why you would want to be in China.
I am ripped off so often I ask myself that question every day...

Hey Phil,
You haven't changed a bit : Still speak perfect Chinglish,still so full of yourself,and still so full of crap.
Yeah,Lingnan are still one of the worst colleges around,and still the same as when you had a little power there.
My complaint is in reference to the racism and bad treatment that i received on the 2 times i teach at lingnan college in guangzhou china.
I am malaysian chinese canadian citizen,and i am highly qualified,
I have been told to my face that i am not good to teach because i look chinese,and after i have left,they spread rumour that my internet life experience masters degree is fake.I am by far always the best teacher than the others,but i am looked down on.the old dean gave me a high management control job,but did not let me fire foreign teachers,even if i am far superior to them.
now they make my student my boss,who knows nothing,so i leave,and warn other teachers of their racist system.
