I am not going to waste a lot of time here but i will just say two things....

1. You took an OUTLINE from a website and treated it as if it were a full course syllabus. It wasm in fact, just an outline.

2. Dave Hopkins received his MA from SIT and has been a hands-on teacher trainer for nearly 40 years. He is undoutdedly one of the best and most experienced teacher trainers in the world.
