yes, teachers who decide to get out of this company are forced to report them to PSB or on their own embassy just so they can get their documents or money . It is so rare that they give your passport if you ask without a huge amount of money in exchange.

a lot of teachers here fight with the people running the company just to get what they are supposed to get, especially the right amount of salary.

the problem why teachers are still being recruited online is that they use names of schools or they do not reveal the company's name. I just hope there are more ways how to blacklist this company.

actually, it is a sad fact that usually, FTs are forced to stay in Tianshuo for the reasons that they are already here in China, with near to expiry visas compunded or being naive. I mean to say, when they arrive, and given such bad situation, they have to yield since they spent a lot and that they do not have yet any idea of how life in China works.

Besides, the only thing that most teachers would face upon arrival is that the supposedly salary that they agreed upon would be entirely different from what is in the contract. Being new here, he could either ask or not ask why. If he goes for the former, they would spill the ever famous " we would give an increase after one month, or a term or whatsoever".

Then, once they started teaching, deductions would not end. There would be listed debt that are unsupported. Ask how , then they would even cant give you a straight answer. Then started concocting outrageous reasons, some are even hilarious. It would make you really laugh while they stammer in explaining how such figure came out. But, ask how they computed your salary, then suddenly, they would answer a phone that is not ringing, or read an idle paper out there on their table. It would really make u puke, because you know that they are being rattled. And how mighty they think they are for thinking that everything they say is being believable.If you dont know how to say " I dont think so", then they would eat you alive.

What most teachers do is try to get their passport then do a runner.

If you want to be honest enough and tell them that you are going home or not signing a contract, they would do all crappy stuffs to make you stay. If they see that you are determined to do so, they would cancel your visa and give you just enough time to pee haha..I mean 2 days prior to expiry, they would handle your visa to you, leaving you limited time .Some are forced to sign a contract again.

Others would go to PSB just to be able to claim their passports.

I can not fully explain how evil this company is. I just want to let all people know how these people who are running this God forsaken company suck money out of people who are working hard for a decent living.

Despite the fact that they were raided 2 years ago for hoarding passports, and are rumored to be paying a handsome amount of penalty, they are still on the go.And it became worst for the teachers. They deduct every cent that they could from salaries. That is how evil they are.

They are using bribes, threats and blackmails to make their teachers do what they want them to do.

How can such a company still exist? It shows how corrupt they are.

Tianshuo moved out from the 21st Century Hotel. They are now a kilometer or so away from their old building.

For those who are planning to come to CHina, do not ever believe a company or school who does not provide a name of who they are.

Tianshuo is run by a pack of low life thug family. Father Yu, Mama Wang, and their daughter Maggie.

At first, they will offer you a salary that is too low but okay, since you don't have much of a choice and that you are still new , you would agree.

Then, they will keep your passports. Sometimes, they can let you have your passports in exchange of a big amount ( as if our passports are not ours )

Then, come salary day, you will be trembling of how much would appear once you press balance inquiry.

There would be deductions of out of the blue reasons. Even "attitude" will be paid and that is being diagnosed by Sophie hahaha.

Then once you tell them that you will quit ( even if you are finish contract ), they will give you a hard time with your deposits and even rob u blind with it ( depends on how crazy they are that time ).

They can even claim that they havent gotten any deposits from you.

Then, the famous hide and seek with the passports. They will try to delay giving you your passports or cancel your visa, then handle it to you 2 days before expiry so you almost cant breathe or think of how you can get out of China . They dont want to give you time to look for a better company or school.

By any chance has Tianshuo changed names? Ive gotten a crummy offer from a school named Qi Zhao, the adress that RACHEL gave me is [10:23:21 PM] Rachel: 315 room .masterpiece building .Yatai Street ,Changchun City ,Jilin province ,China. Is this Tianshuo? under a new name?
