Especially some of the former Soviet Republics with how they view people of a darker skin color or other Asians.
Which makes no sense for the central asian former republics to look down on those with darker skin or other asians, as the Russians look down on the central asians, even at the government level:

From what I've heard and experienced I would say that central Asian countries are giving China, Korea, and Japan a run for their money with the racism part. Especially some of the former Soviet Republics with how they view people of a darker skin color or other Asians.
