I would also like to say that an many times it's the employer who needs to be fired, not the employee. The sense of entitlement and despotism is out of this world. I sometimes wonder if the bosses got mistakenly dropped or put into a microwave and suffered impairment in development of the mind with their brains as physical trauma/radiation can do that to people xD
