If you are thinknig about coming to China make sure the school sends you a contract by email. Get the Z Visa before you EVEN STEP FOOT into the country. That's something very few school in China will do. Whoever is willing to do that will probably give you a better time. In fact that should go for any country. Any place that doesn't follow these rules are probably to be avoided.
If you can't get a school to do this don't go.
I have been searching for my first TEFL job for a few months now. I have had a few offers, but when researching the schools, i have only found negative comments. I am having great difficulty in finding any positive posts about any schools and organizations. its quite disheartening. My only resource for really revealing the true nature of a job post are these forums.
Does anyone have any thing positive to say about where they've worked, and can recommend a good school/recruitment company to look into?
First choice is central/south America, second choice Asia.
Thank you
