As for the second part, are you serious? You would risk time in a Chinese jail, with Hepatitis,TB, and god knows what else an ever present threat. Ever stopped to think about what would happen if you use physical violence against someone else in China, in the UK, it's called ABH or GBH and you can go to prison for it. Now a UK prison with playstations, gym, computers with internet access, I could perhaps tolerate...but a Chinese prison.

If this is how China makes you feel, I really think you should consider working elsewhere you may be happy. Perhaps SE Asia, try a totally new place...
