Well, lets hope YUMING has bitten off more than it can chew for 2012.

Companies like Yuming generally charge the schools for holiday time pay for their FT's but simply do not pass it on to the FT's, during, this forthcoming 'freedom to travel 3 months' for example, which is the main reason why they tell you when you work there that discussing your wages to a third party is a dismissable offence. In reality their schools will probably suspect that's the case but YUMING does not wish to bring attention to this state of affairs, otherwise reductions might be asked for; however, they do make it quite clear on the contract that holidays won't be paid for but lie about how long these 'freedom to travel holidays' will last. They also infer that you'll be coining in the dosh when you are working; so newbie FT's take the opinion "how bad, that'll do me!" Then of course they will say[Yuming] you can work if you like during these 'short' holidays-newbie recruits will get even more exited about that prospect; although why would one want to work during a holiday is a mystery to me. Of course it's all academic, they won't have any work to give you anyway.
