I dealt with Mike Zheng at Guangzhou Saintshine Education Service Co. He scheduled a Skype with me and just completely blew it off. I tried to contact him to reschedule and he ignored me. Essentially, they are desperate to get university teachers in Guangzhou at some no-name Polytechnic college. They want people to break their current contracts at their existing schools. Not a very good recruiter in my opinion.
