Well I have been warning against using PELCC for a number of years now and there still in business, but hopefully some you have taken the warning seriously. Many have thanked me for this information and other have said they wished they had.But let me tell you if you are un-qualified and just need a job at crap school, then go ahead and use them, remember it will cost you dearly for the privilege
Pelandas (a black American Male) and Fenny (Chinese Female) make a wonderful comedy act, it a joke from start to finish and the last laugh they have is when you sign away a months or more salary to them.
They offer no back-up service, just poor schools that cant find teachers for themselves.The good schools advertise directly and you wont be charged for that
STAY AWAY FROM PELCC, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

Perlanda takes out 50 Percent of your first pay just to take you to a school. It is not recommended to go through Perlanda. You can find schools on the websites and avoid paying an agency.

THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
PERLANDAS EDUCATION & LEGAL CONSULTING COMPANY is one of the most helpful agencies I have ever ran across in China. To be honest, I would strongly suggest using them if you are in dire need of a job. If not, you can try searching for positions on your own. However, irregardless of anyones personal takes on this company, I believe they serve a useful purpose for those who have a tough time trying to find a job they like. I used them two years ago for a position in Shenzhen, and the position they found for me was descent. All I have to say is keep up the good work PELCC.
