Grovelling weasels coming on here to talk up training centres reminds me of job ads for life insurance salesmen. They usually start with something like 'Are you tired of your boring deadend job for average pay? Do you have what it takes to become exceedingly wealthy by selling our attractive policies to your friends, relatives and acquaintances? If so, this is your great opportunity to become wealthy as your own boss.'
But all the negatives such as unsocial working hours and commission-only income only come to light once you attend an indoctrination meeting!
Training centre work is equally lousy unless you're good at conning your students. I reckon those who do well teaching for training centres would do much better selling life insurance! When all's said and done, there's no easy way to earn big, neither at training centres nor anywhere else. TC staff will be let go quickly if they can't retain their students.
Don't fall for this career path guff that posters like 'Brightside' keep pushing. Just look at the number of ads placed by TCs continually for new foreign staff. There's obviously a high turnover of FTs behind this constant advertising, so jobs there must be dodgy!
