Please read what I wrote again. I think the meaning is that university teachers get MORE than training centre teachers. Not LESS.

I've said it before and I will say it again: I have never worked for EF. I know the subject line of this thread is EF Changchun, but that doesn't mean that everyone entering this discussion works for EF Changchun, does it?

You really need to chill out.
