Excellent post! Good info. Useful! Also keep an eye on ANY AND ALL jobs in Changping District of Beijing being offered under many email addresses as most likely it is the Beijing Huijia Private School, one of the worst schools in China to work for.
One thing about bad schools is that they will stop and nothing to lie, cheat, and steal their way into business and they don't care who gets hurt or how the FT'S suffer as long as the owner(s) are making money at YOUR EXPENSE.

The following email address is being used by Yuming in an attempt to hide who they are. Clearly as most of their ads which use the other one have been scuppered with a nice comment from one of us.
If anyone else sees any other addresses popping up then please post them here so we can keep track.

We have that address on the 12th floor and we are aware of that. What we are seeking is the main HDQRS office and the owner(s) home address as well as a make, model, and year of their vehicle(s) and a license plate number(s) would be really great. We have in fact sent personnel to the address you mentioned in your post but that is not what we need. We need the main address. The owner(s) home address would also be worth obtaining.
We want to give them a surprise birthday party and bring them some lovely gifts and thank them for their professionalism and their outstanding achievements in business and in promoting good will among foreigners. We have 24 associates that will be really happy to drop by when they least expect it and pay them a surprise courtesy call. We also want to offer them an extreme make over of their offices and their homes to extend to them a gift of kindness to show our appreciation and our gratitude for all that they have done for so many, and to so many, FT's in China. We have been keeping an eye on the site near the bookstore so that we can properly thank them, but they have not been there for us to meet the people we want to surprise the most.

Here's what I know...
That office is on about the 12th floor of a building on the right hand side of Pukou Dao, just off the main street and about the 2nd building down. You have to go around the back to gain entrance to it.
This office consists of a classroom and about 3 offices. It is what can be classed as a satellite office. They do have a main office located elsewhere but this offices location is a secret and only known to the Yuming management and staff, no teachers have any idea where it is, or in many cases of its existence. I found out about it from a manager who left in 2008/09 when she decided she'd had enough of all the crap she had to dole out to the teachers and packed the job in.
The main purpose of having a main and satellite office is simple. If they need to move it is quite a simple job to move the satellite office whilst keeping the main one operating, probably when they have really pissed around a number of teachers and the heat is on.
In the last few years, at least since 08, that satellite office has remained in place, but I have heard on very good authority that prior to that the location of the satellite office was on the move regularly. Again, probably because of all the underhand bullshit they were up to and needed to hide from upset teachers for one reason and another.
Someone else posted either here or elsewhere that they had heard Yuming had started operating under a different name. That is a while ago now and they never came back with any further details so I don't know how true that is, but it wouldn't be surprising.
Many crap schools like Yuming after gaining such a bad rep will often choose to attempt to leave their reputation behind them by changing their name. Luckily however the truth always catches them up very quickly and mainly because their name is all they change, the shit way they operate continues.
I sent Helen an email a couple of days ago to the Yuming address informing her that ex teachers will continue to post up the truth about their organisation wherever they choose to post their crap and they can threaten and bitch about legal action all they like.
The simple fact of the matter is that no-one has posted anything which cannot be easily proven. A quick look by the labor courts at their operation, contract and then comparing that to their website is enough to prove many things for a start, and they know it too which is why all they can do is post empty threats online. Nothing will ever come unto fruition.
There is another board which I posted a link to further down this thread which exposes their attempts to add doubt to the validity of bad press with testimonials from happy teachers. Basically the moderator of the board pointed out that all the posts made had come from the same IP address and a quick trace of that clearly shows the location to be within the vicinity of Hexi. Happy teachers defending their great school indeed :P
