Re: NETWORK ESL - Many Aliases

I've used Networkesl "Chris Johnson" a few times and they helped me out once with finding a Uni job, but since then were hopeless at finding me what I wanted. I received offers from other companies that they must have swapped my data with.
Another recruiter was quite nasty to me on Skype after I refused several of his jobs. I think it was eslacross asia or something similar.
Aston's recruiter was hopeless too as the reference contact they gave me was too long gone from the school they offered to me. Recruiters really are sharks in China. They will say anything to get you there.

Personally, they are into data mining...I don't trust this outfit now, not one bit!

Re: NETWORK ESL - Many Aliases

This organization, NetworkESL, may not be a scam but they are serious spammers and I just don't trust them. I don't like that they seem to 'hide' behind so many different names, emails and websites. Who is this Chris Johnson guy and all these "women" working for NetworkESL?

I contacted a site called ESLtoChina to ask some questions and then started getting contacted from NetworkESL. I applied to some jobs on this board that all had different emails and were written to look like they were the actual university, only to be contacted by NetworkESL again! How many websites and emails does this company have!!!

I then found this along with hundreds of other links about them and their spam techniques and false identity contact information:

How can anyone trust a company that has so many names and websites and tries to hide their identity. Are they afraid teachers would not actually contact them if they were just honest and said who they were up front! Also, I have a hard time believing all the "good experience" posts about an organization that spams the internet with 100s of different aliases and emails and even websites.

PassThru: Hubert is one of the names that Network ESL contacted me through but there are also many other names that they post under, each with a unique email address. It is mostly women's names as well as variation of Teach in China, The China Network, etc.
