Again, I am still convinced that all recruiters are useless, scams and a cheat!

I used to think the same way, but that changed when I became one myself. Not all recruiting agencies are the same. And if the agency I am working for right now were like what you say, I would fight for what I believe is right. And I believe in honesty all the way. I have been doing all that I can to gain my applicants' trust, and I do not want to ruin that. I'm building my credibility as a recruiter, too, and I don't want to destroy that in telling them lies.
