That is a bulls*it picture. I don't deny that it was taken in Tangshan, in fact I used to live near this road, however, there are literally a handful of days that have blue skies like this. The rest of the days are so thick with pollution that you can hardly see through it. It's a heavily industrial, coal-mining city, where if you leave your windows open for an hour your apartment is covered in black soot. It is the filthiest city I've ever been to in China, and I've been to 20+ around the country.
