He is a known deceiver, and you would be wise not to trust many people from that city. It has a reputation even amongst Chinese as being a backward,poor place.
That university is also very noisy due to the nearby noise from the navy camp...be warned!!!

New teachers: This Frank Zhang is the worst recruiter in China. If you do a search on this site (and on other sites, I am sure), you will find tons of threads about his various names and disguises.
AVOID!
And you can help other teachers by posting his various names and contact info on this board.
I applied for the position with NUAA (http://www.eslteachersboard.com/cgi-bin/China/index.pl?read=178418) a couple of weeks ago, but quickly learned through my business associates here in China that the contact for this position, Anna Wang, is in fact a man named Frank Zhang from Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. I do not wish to pursue a he-said-she-said discussion, but simply want to inform others of this deceiving individual. Be aware of two emails that I have for him: 1942681931@qq.com and FrankZhang@aiqinghai.com.cn.
