Re: Shanghai United International School

Many organisations including schools and universities will have a party member on board, for example party secretaries with equal power to that of the dean, hence you will often get the commie style leadership. In some shittier local areas, you will have to put with the corruption that ensures certain useless people get jobs because who they are connected to, rather than what they know.

However, I would like you to define 'communist style of leadership', some party members are actually very effective and efficient leaders, there are even quite a few out there who are good guys! Do you really mean a stereotypically Chinese authoritarian style of management? This existed a long time before the communist party!

all she adds to the school is her communist style of leadership.

Re: Shanghai United International School

I am an x- teacher at this school and know for a fact that a bunch of teachers in this school do drugs. Also I know of one or two that are alcoholics. This school was a disgrace and I feel like I have learned nothing about teaching. Taught me a lot about back stabbing and greed. There are some good things though. Headmaster is a great person and will do great things if he manages to stay until the Chinese admin realize what a real international school is like. H[edited] needs to go as all she adds to the school is her communist style of leadership.
