You need the following qualifications in order to secure a job at GLV:

1.White/Alien face
2.NO degree
3.NO school certificate either
4.Ability to get fake degree/docs from your country as and when told by the management
5.Ability to fly to Thailand on a short notice
6.Ability to fool students by telling them "tales" of your cultural awareness and traveling

By the way,most of the "senior" teachers have NO degree at all.
