Yep, I'm trying to determine from Turnoi what HE means when he says a school is crap. I think even key unis in China can be crap, for loawai, that is. Does T trust them to determine which loawai they assess as crap teachers. Do such laowai deserve to be treated like crap? Key unis in China have stuck-up, nitpicking Chinese teachers. Are those hallowed seats of learning to be trusted because they're key? If they're so special, why is it there're virtually no positive reviews from FT's about em? COZ THEY'RE CRAP TOO, as a rule!
