Better to work in a second tier city that is not so popular with foreigners. If you only look in Shanghai or Beijing you probably won't get a job. BTW, why do you want to work in SH or BJ? There are so many better cities in China!

On the money again.

Beijing, polluted, sprawled out, overcrowded, not even interested...one visit was enough!

Shanghai, again crowded, too sprawled out, skyline a mish mash...no real centre. Never again! Wouldn't want to teach there at all, women have an appalling entitlement mentality...not nice.

Second tier cities are ok, just beware the requests of locals!
