I suspect he may also be a "ratter", that means he would try　ｔｏ　cause troｕble for fellow FT's by reporting them to certain authorities. A guy I know quite well was "outed" a a "ratter" last night, a fellow foreigner in China．

I have met many of this kind, even at public college/school jobs sadly.

It can be a nightmare having to live in the same building as, and work with, these kinds of people.

They will do everything to grovel to the FAO, and make other teachers look bad. Truly snakes!
