Indeed it does!
I remember from visiting Germany shortly after the fall of the wall, the difference between East and West was very pronounced. I would imagine even now the east is still catching up, and the mentality of those easterners will take even longer to come around:(

TURNOI, DO YOU GET ANGRY LIKE THIS AT EVERYONE? I do know that Estonia, Poland, and all of the USSR all sucked before the fall of the Iron Curtain and things in Poland are still bad - and YES I did live there when it was communist-controlled and when Poland became free (Lived there from 2009 - 2011) - communism damages a lot of the infrastructure, the people and the attitudes.... all I was doing is WARNING people about Liaoning - take it or leave it...I don't care, but I have the freedom to say what I want and how I want - I didn't over in China!
