I know for a fact that Chinese English teachers, even at university level are mostly incompetent. They are lost without textbooks, and can't teach without the aid of AV equipment and computers. They rely way too much on power point.

That is absolutely true, and he just can't accept it!!

At my present school, all the chinese teachers carry their school provided notebooks to class to display ppts or in some cases just movies.
