How can I find this Simon, he made my life and my gf life a living hell for 6 months back in 2005 when we worked for Wancheng. And now that I have the means to pay him back all the joys he made me endure, I would just love to "run" into him, especially that I now travel to China twice a year, all these thoughts I had 6 years ago can actually materialize 
Any information leading me to "run" into Simon will be greatly appreciated, and if he also manipulated, lied, deceived, black mailed,screwed, or just plain pissed you off and you have his where abouts, please let me know.
Ive just come across the message BEWARE OF WANCHENG INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CENTER which was posted by Crusader on 28 September 2005. At the bottom of the message, Crusader has given an if-further-information-is-required e-mail address of bewareofwancheng@yahoo.com. At the top of the message Crusaders e-mail address is given as eslsimon@yahoo.com.
Well, the e-mail address eslsimon@yahoo.com belongs to Simon Delahaye who was, until recently, the so-called Foreign Teachers Manager at Wancheng. Simons lies, deceit and manipulation were the primary cause of problems experienced by many (all?) foreign teachers employed by Wancheng.
A search of this, and other forums / websites, will reveal many, many complaints against Wancheng the company, and Simon the individual.
Certainly, my term with Wancheng was the worst employment experience in my life.
It would seem that Simon has had a falling out with Wancheng and has now joined the chorus of complaints about this unscrupulous organization.
And the chorus of complaints is not the only thing Simon has joined.
A check of the latest (September 2005) ads for Chongqing Foreign Language Institute shows that Simon Delahaye is now recruiting for them. Incidentally, Chongqing Foreign Language Institute were formally known as Chongqing United Foreign Language Institute, or CUFLI.
There have been many complaints posted about CUFLI also, indicating that they were never a good company to work for. And now that Simon has joined their team it can only get worse.
